Hi my name is Shane Cottterill and I am a mobile personal trainer with Fitness Inside Out in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney.
I started on my personal training journey in 2008. Witnessing the transformative power of an active lifestyle inspired me to share its benefits and knowledge with others. I have always been fascinated by human biomechanics and its remarkable physical and mental advantages.
With over 17 years of experience in the fitness industry, I have had the privilege of coaching group classes and providing one-on-one personal training. My expertise extends to boxing coaching, enhancing movement mechanics for better health and injury prevention, as well as CrossFit, strength, and conditioning.
