Hi my name is Kimberley Heath and I am a mobile personal trainer with Fitness Inside Out in the Macarthur area.
In 2014, I began my career as a Person Trainer. This career path appealed to me because I have always been motivated by the happiness that comes from helping others and seeing them succeed. At the core, I've always felt that I have the ability to make a positive impact on people's lives. Observing the progress and successes of my clients stokes my passion for personal training. There's no greater joy for me than the satisfaction visible on my clients' faces when they reach their fitness goals.
Since obtaining my Cert IV in Personal Training, I have also gained a qualification in Nutrition in 2020. My true passion lies in antenatal training and promoting the health of all the amazing women out there. I provide personal training individually or on a two-on-one basis if you wish to pair up with a friend. Furthermore, I conduct small group training sessions that are not only enjoyable but also highly cost efficient when you share the cost amongst the group.

Favorite movie or TV series
I love all Disney movies and the Harry Potter franchise. My favourite movie is harry Potter and the philosopher stone and my favourite tv series in greys anatomy.
My favorite exercise and why
I’ve always loved back exercises but in particular the Lat Pull Down as I feel it is one of the most beneficial exercises anyone from beginner to advanced level can achieve.
My favourite piece of equipment
Lat pull down machine but I also love using dumbbells in my workouts as they’re very versatile.
