Hello, my name is Joshua Rizk, and I am a mobile personal trainer working with Fitness Inside Out. I embarked on my journey as a personal trainer in 2022, driven by a strong passion to transform people's lives and create a positive impact in their daily routines and overall well-being.

Throughout my career, I have gained experience in various roles that have enriched my expertise and understanding of fitness and personal training.

As a Transformation Coach, I have helped individuals achieve significant changes in their physical health and lifestyle, guiding them through personalized fitness plans and motivational support. My experience as a Sports Coach has provided me with the skills to train individuals and teams in enhancing their athletic performance, focusing on techniques, strength, and endurance.

Additionally, working as an NDIS fitness coach has allowed me to support individuals with disabilities, tailoring fitness programs to their specific needs and helping them improve their physical capabilities and quality of life.
