At Fitness Inside Out we are a NDIS Registered Provider and we have NDIS Personal Trainers ready to come to you.

We offer a range of mobile in home fitness services to Self-Managed and Plan Management participants through the NDIS in Australia, and also available to people with a disability not receiving NDIS support, whom maybe on compensation.

What is NDIS?

National Disability Insurance Scheme

The NDIS was launched by Federal Government to support Australians under 65 who have a permanent or significant disability. Did you know there are 4.3million plus people in Australia with some sort of disability.

The NDIS provides financially supported access to fitness services such as exercise to help improve movement, flexibility and balance. For many people, this will be the first time they receive the support they need.
