Hi my name is Ryan Dean and I am a mobile personal trainer in the Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne.
I became a personal trainer in 2022 due to my deep passion for fitness and health. This career choice has been incredibly fulfilling as it allows me to help individuals achieve their personal fitness goals and witness their remarkable transformations. These transformations are not only physical but also mental, as people evolve into the best versions of themselves.
I have been involved in the fitness industry for almost three years now, during which I have had the privilege of successfully guiding over 40 individuals from various age groups and backgrounds towards their unique fitness objectives. With more than eleven years of personal gym experience and valuable insights gained from my own coach, I am thoroughly equipped to assist clients with weight loss, muscle gain, body composition, and overall functional fitness.
