Hi my name is Jacob Penticoss and I am a mobile personal trainer in the North Western Suburbs of Melbourne.
In 2022, I decided to follow my passion for health and fitness and transition from retail to doing something I truly love personal training.
Growing up, I was always active, playing footy, cricket, and participating in school athletics every year. At 17, I started going to the gym and discovered a love for muscle-building training. Of course, I made some mistakes along the way, but I learned from them.
Now, my main goal is to help others avoid those same mistakes and guide them towards achieving the best results from their training. What could be better than meeting new people, building relationships, and helping them reach their fitness goals? I absolutely love getting out there and giving back as much as possible.
With 8 years of gym experience, including weight loss and strength training, I've also spent several years as a group fitness instructor at various gyms like F45, BodyFit, and Twenty One Training. When designing workout programs, I draw from my extensive experience to ensure my clients get the best results. My specialties are strength training, weight loss training, and functional training.
