Hi, I'm Gazel Satter a mobile personal trainer with Fitness Inside Out in the Inner Melbourne Suburbs South West.

I have been involved in the Health and Fitness industry for over 15 years, qualifying in 2009 with my Diploma in Fitness. I have extensive experience in helping clients with weight management through weight training and Pilates.

From my personal experience, I can tell you that motherhood is not a breeze, particularly when you're dedicated to your health and fitness. Being a mum of two children, I understand the struggles of juggling lack of sleep and the commitment to regain my fitness level. Fortunately, being a personal trainer has not only helped me to achieve my own goals but also enabled me to guide many others on their journey to a healthier life.

After working in gyms and outdoors, I realised about my passion of helping individuals with high needs including clients suffering from musculoskeletal injuries and elderly. This led me to continue my studies and achieve a Cert IV in Allied Health Assistance Physiotherapy. In my recent roles I have worked as a Physio assistant and helped clients with physical difficulties resulting from injuries, illness and aging.

Pilates. This form of exercise has helped myself to achieve a strong core and stabilised muscles.

My favourite piece of equipment

Theraband and fitness ball.
Therabands can build muscle in the same way as using weight can. They are easier to carry and lighter. They are ideal for strengthening muscles and bones.
Footballs on the other hand are ideal for for stability and strengthening core.

My number one health or fitness tip

Motivation is the key. Making exercise Fun and doable. If the exercise does not challenge you, it will not change you..
