Hi, I'm Carrie Tang a mobile personal trainer with Fitness Inside Out in the Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne.
I became a fitness trainer in 2024 because exercise has been incredibly beneficial for me. It has improved my overall health, relieved discomfort from chronic poor posture, and increased my confidence. These positive changes inspired me to share my experience with others and help them gain the same benefits.
I’m passionate about personal training because I love getting engaging and enjoyable exercises for my clients. It’s rewarding to see them stay curious, have fun during training, and make progress through these exercises.

My current favorite exercise is the Single Leg Deadlift because it's a highly functional movement with multiple benefits. It strengthens my posterior chain, enhances the stability of my hips, knees, and ankles, and improves my balance as well.
My favourite piece of equipment
My favorite equipment is the dumbbell because a couple of dumbbells can provide a full-body workout. Also, there are plenty exercise options available with dumbbells, the weight is adjustable, and they offer a stable grip, which is more wrist-friendly.
