Hi my name is Joel Williams I have been in the fitness industry since 2018, working gyms as a group instructor. In 2023 I completed my Cert IV in Personal Training.
It's amazing to see the positive impact you can have on someone's life through training and helping them discover their true potential. In the past, I've had the opportunity to lead group classes, particularly bootcamp-style circuit training. It was a blast! While I would say I am a all rounder, I am most passionate about sport-specific training, weight management, nutrition, strength and conditioning. I'm always looking to learn and grow in these areas, and I can't wait to see how I can help you reach your fitness goals.

Bulgarian split squat. It is great for strength, power, explosiveness and muscle building. A very versatile exercise!

Probably the barbell because of how much you can load up and really put your body to the test. It can be used for so many different things.
My number one health or fitness tip
Consistency is the key to progress. Even on days you don't feel like training, don't give up! Those days are the most important to conquer.
