Hi my name is Roland Swift and I am a mobile personal trainer with Fitness Inside Out.
I chose the path of Personal Training in 2021 because of my deep love for exercise and fitness, a passion that ignited in me when I was 15 years old. It's a real joy to assist others in reaching their potential and watching them reap the benefits of healthy eating and regular exercise.
I absolutely love personal training because I've seen first-hand the amazing impact it has had on my own life. From enhancing my sleep quality to boosting my mental health, it's just made me feel great! I'm eager to share this joy and help others experience these fantastic benefits in their own lives.
I've had the opportunity to coach individuals from all walks of life. From to South Africa to Latin America, and now, I'm thrilled to be here in Australia.

The seated row machine. You can put the plates on and row with great form.

For building Muscle, reduce the weight and focus on time under tension.
8-12 reps.
Time under tension is the duration of seconds the muscle is being stressed.
