Hi my name is Jessica Fowles and I am a mobile personal trainer on the Gold Coast QLD with Fitness Inside Out.
I became a personal trainer in 2016 after transforming my health. I had several operations from infancy to early adulthood, chronic inflammation, obesity, and long-term sickness. Despite missing organs, I now lead a holistic lifestyle that supports quality of life and help others achieve their health goals.
I'm passionate about health and wellbeing. Since becoming a personal trainer, I've furthered my education as a Neuro-linguistic Kinesiologist and breath work facilitator. I enjoy promoting vitality and balance through events and individual support. My approach is realistic and maintainable, focusing on being the best version of oneself.
Over the years, I have worked with clients of all ages, mostly those in their 40s, 50s, and 60s. My specialty is enhancing natural internal energies through a holistic approach.

I might occasionally watch a movie with my 5 year old son or a health documentary but that is a rare occasion.

I believe in creating a tailored plan that is maintainable and works for the individuals lifestyle and abilities.

I love a good workout with a medicine ball or resistance band.
