Hi my name is Sam Chandler and I am a mobile personal trainer with Fitness Inside Out.

I chose the path of a personal trainer out of a desire to make a positive difference in people's lives. My passion for personal training stems from my own journey, once a very insecure and out of shape individual, I was often harsh on myself and others. However, I have since learned and grown, and my past experiences have equipped me with a unique understanding and eagerness to help others transform for the better.

In my 7 years as a personal trainer, I've had the pleasure of working with a diverse range of clients. From those just beginning their fitness journey, to those wanting to shed some kilos, gain muscle or get stronger. I've worked with middle-aged individuals, teens, and seniors, even couples! My specialties include weight loss, improving strength, enhancing mobility/flexibility and promoting overall longevity. I look forward to supporting you on your wellness journey!

Squats, rows, incline push ups, reverse lunges. It is a great assisted way to help gym newbies into complex movements.
