Hi, I'm Alwin Thang a mobile personal trainer with Fitness Inside Out in the Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne.
I was a bit unsure about what career to choose for a while. A good friend of mine, who happens to be a personal trainer, inspired me to follow a similar path and decided to major my degree in Exercise Science. I realized that supporting others to lead healthier lives was a meaningful pursuit that truly brought me happiness in my career.
I've been enjoying the world of strength training for 8 years now, and it's been an amazing journey. It's incredible to witness not just my own growth, but also the inspiring transformations of my friends and peers.
I absolutely love seeing my clients boost their confidence, achieve their goals, and lead a happier, healthier life. It's these rewarding experiences that motivate me to keep doing what I love as a personal trainer.
I have an extensive eight-year experience in the fitness, specializing in strength training. I have a deep understanding of various strength building techniques like weight training, resistance training, and functional fitness.
I've also worked as a personal trainer and coach since 2023, developing customized workout plans for clients. My expertise further extends to the NDIS and rehabilitation sector, where I have created specialized training programs for individuals with disabilities.
I have also worked intensively with young individuals, promoting physical skills and mental resilience. In addition, I have ventured into tennis coaching, working with both beginners and advanced players. This diverse range of experiences has provided me with a comprehensive understanding of physical training and development.
