In 2007, I decided to pursue my passion for health and fitness by becoming a personal trainer. Working out in the gym was my favourite thing to do, and I was also passionate about nutrition, sleep, psychology, and physical rehabilitation.
I've been fortunate to work with amazing trainers and take courses and internships with exercise physiologists, physiotherapists, and back rehabilitation experts. My goal is to eventually become a physiotherapist so I can help people stay injury-free, rehabilitate, and get the most out of their workouts.
I take pleasure in aiding people to reach their objectives and teaching them the best way to exercise based on evidence to prevent injury and increase physical strength.
